The Historical Background

One of the Southeast Asia countries, Myanmar lies
peacefully and actively along the history of nature. The
orbit countries of Myanmar are China, Laos, Thailand,
Bangladesh and India.
Most of the rivers in Myanmar flow from north to south.
The ranges of the mountains exist laying from north to south
namely, Rakhine Yoma, Bago Yoma and Shan Yoma which are also
called Western Yoma, Central Yoma and Shan Yoma.
In the earliest years of eleventh century, Myanmar became
the largest empire founded by the King Anawratha. Before
being occupied of British imperialist, Myanmar existed as a
peaceful, united and strong country in Asia.
Pondaung Men known as the earliest primates were found in
Pondaung Hill of the northern parts of central Myanmar.
Their age is approximately 40 million year old. The
descendants from Pondaung Men founded villages and then they
built cities and states.
