Booking Procedures
All reservations for Myanmar Holiday dot Com must be made
through our licensed travel enterprise, Interconnection
Travels.
Payment
In order to guarantee your reservation; we would accept non
refundable deposit which would be 30% of entire cost through
our MFTB account of registered travel enterprise
Interconnection Travels. The remaining balance must be
settled upon your arrival.
Discount Policy
We provide one complimentary for every 16th member of the
group package. There would be negotiable for the discount
policy depending on tour volume.
Cancellation Policy
a) Tour Cancellation, the clients or agent will loose
their deposit when cancellation made before the tour starts.
45 days prior to arrival: Nil
44 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of full tour cost
20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 80% of full tour cost
14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 90% of full tour cost
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of full tour cost
b) Hotel Cancellation, Hotel cancellation will be
subjected to the policy of the respective hotel.
c) Domestic Air tickets, Domestic air tickets
cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival and absent
and/or cancellation less than of 7 days will be charge 50%
of total air fare. The cancellation no show will be 100% of
airfare.
Tariff Validity
Price is quoted on net basic and valid according to the date
specified on the printed tariffs, quotation, invoice etc.
Interconnection Travels guarantees that the prices or rates
quoted are correct at the time of issuance but are subject
to change with or without prior notice.
Child Rate
The children under 11 years old of sharing room with parents
will be charged the 75% of adult fare. Infant 2 years and
younger (not occupying a bed or seat in cabin of aircraft)
will be complimentary.
Insurance Requirement
It is highly recommend that travel insurance covering
health, trip cancellation lost and damage luggage etc.
should be bought before the client arrival in Myanmar.
Responsibility & Liability
Interconnection Travels acts as the agent for the person
in regarding to travel by any means of transportation and
assume no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained
by the person including those occurring along the touring
programs. Interconnection Travels will assume no
responsibilities for any loss or additional expenses due to
accident, delay, sickness, weather, strike or other causes
beyond our control.
Interconnection Travels will do its best to arrange the
tour as per tour program sold.
Interconnection Travels reserves the right to adjust or
reverse the original program in the interest of the clients.
It may substitute transportation with any other means of
transportation when necessary due to unexpected
circumstances beyond our control.
Interconnection Travels, however, will conduct fullest
possible endeavor to keep up with the original tour program
and arrangements as agreed upon to the best of its capacity
and always orient to the satisfaction of the clients.
Interconnection Travels will make every responsible
effort to assist in case of misadventure. Medical facility
and care are not up to western standard and serious
accidents can be happened. Interconnection Travels,
therefore, urges all travelers and tour operators to ensure
that appropriate medical coverage is in place, if medical
care and/or evacuation are needed. In case of such
circumstances, additional costs shall be paid by the
tourists. Participation in the tour implies the person’s
agreement to the above mentioned matter.
Accommodation Condition
Accommodation is provided as indicated. The respective hotel
would express the condition, services, and facilities. The
operator would provide the best available alternative hotel
where the facilities do not exist. Tariff is twin-sharing
basis. There will be single supplement liable if a separate
single occupation is required. The related hotel takes full
responsibilities for the inconveniences if there should be
any dissatisfaction during the clients’ stay. Daily
breakfast, service charges and taxes at the hotels are
normally included if not otherwise indicated clearly.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation will be provided as indicated.
Interconnection Travels usually utilize all vehicles
equipped with air-conditioning and other facilities however
due to poor road conditions and poor quality of gasoline,
the function of the tour coach could be slightly changed in
proper way. In same areas, where facilities do not exist it
will be provided the best available alternative.
Guide Service
Our guides would escort and conduct the tour for all
transfers, sightseeing and some operational tasks.
Meals
Interconnection Travels would provide either Lunch and/or
dinner in hotels or in appropriate local restaurants, if
full board or half board is indicated in the tour price.
Usually, Breakfast is serving at the hotel in major cities.
Meal box and/or hot meals will be provided along trekking
and adventure tours.
Refund Policy
After the commencement of travel, the entire prepaid or
cashed price including service charges will be
non-refundable based on the non- utilizing of the customers.
Complaints & Claims
First and foremost, all disputes, claims and litigations
regarding to the services should be solved by means of
negotiation and mutual understanding. Finally, if all these
efforts are failed to reach a reliable solution or
successful resolution in the best term, shall be settled by
means of arbitration method in accordance with the existing
acts, laws, rules and regulations of the Union of Myanmar.
